"A really solid gift for someone who’s hard to shop for"
I got Letterjoy for my dad because he’s into history, and I never know what to buy him. After looking at the usual options, this just felt more thoughtful than giving him another book, mug, or random “dad gift.”
He ended up really enjoying it. He said the letters were fun to read, and he actually looked forward to seeing them show up in the mail. It’s a simple idea, but based on how he reacted, it was a great gift and didn’t feel generic.

"Good writing, just not perfect"
The letters are really well written, and the choices don’t feel unthoughtful or random. I did find myself wishing there was a little more variety some days, but I can’t say it wasn’t enjoyable overall. It’s a nice read, and I’d probably give it 4 stars

"I was impressed with how..."
I was impressed with how this turned out. The letters printed really clean and sharp, and the paper feels nicer than I expected. It’s not overly fancy, but it definitely has a solid, good-quality feel and looks nice when you’re holding it. One page had a tiny mark on it, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall, I’m happy with it and would feel confident ordering again

"Fun at first, but I wanted a little more depth"
I picked this up a few weeks ago because the idea sounded really fun, and at first I did enjoy going through the letters. They’re easy to read and definitely kept my kids interested for a bit. After using it for a little while, though, I felt like the educational side was kind of light. It’s great for quick history facts or sparking curiosity, but by the end of the week I was wishing there was more substance to build on. Still a decent resource, just a bit limited if you’re looking for something with real learning depth.

"Feels authentic"
I’m not totally sure what I expected, but the letters felt really real to me, not fake or overly dramatic. The paper was nice too, and it kind of felt like actual old mail.

"Pretty good deal for the price"
Not gonna lie, this was definitely worth it. It’s affordable and does the job without feeling overpriced...

"Reliable, just wish I’d found them sooner"
They showed up right on time every single time. i kind of regret not using them earlier because it would’ve saved me a lot of stress.

"Super easy to pause my subscription"
I was able to change my plan really quickly, and there was something about it that just felt surprisingly simple. No weird hassle or runaround at all.

"The letter itself was fine and sweet..."
The letter itself was fine and sweet, but the packaging made it feel less gift-worthy than I expected. One corner showed up a little bent, and the envelope was really plain. Weirdly, I remember there was this tiny blue smudge near the flap, which made it feel even less polished. It wasn’t awful or anything, I just thought the presentation would feel a bit more special.

"Slow response and nobody seemed to own the issue"
I waited longer than I expected to hear back from customer service, which was frustrating. They did eventually respond and help me get it sorted, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it felt like no one was really taking ownership of the issue at first. I wasn’t sure who was actually handling it, and that made the delay even more annoying. Overall, not terrible, but the process could definitely be quicker and clearer.

"Cool concept, but the writing didn’t hold up"
I liked the idea and a few of the letters were genuinely interesting, but the writing was all over the place. Some parts felt rushed or kind of lazy, which made it hard to stay into it. I also wasn’t a fan of the repeated canned apologies in the letters, after a while they just felt copy-pasted instead of meaningful. Overall, it wasn’t really worth it for me.
